Playing devil's advocate: maybe the two are extremely good buddies, e.g. sat together to choose a winner for each category, and in the end both submitted the identical vote. I do personally think it's unlikely, but not impossible. A more likely variation: poster 2 highly trusts poster 1 and mostly agrees with his opinions (and by extension, votes), feels lazy to question every single choice to maybe come up with better nominees himself, and just copy / pastes the whole vote.
