Sportsbets, Duelbits, Stake - these are some of the casinos that won't ask you for a full KYC which involves submitting documents for the amount you mentioned of withdrawal. But take note that some of your activity might trigger why your account should be subject to KYC.

I can't assure you that you won't encounter any KYC-related stuff on the sites I have mentioned but one thing is for sure here, you can withdraw freely with those sites as long as of course, no strings attached*.
I'd actually just avoid giving recommendations for casinos that ask for KYC "IF NEEDED", they're basically casinos that require you to do KYC sooner or later, and as OP doesn't really want to no matter what, I'd say it's not the ones he's actually looking for.

For the list, I think what @Oshosondy sent gives the best list, I don't particularly use casinos with no KYC so I have no recomms for OP (if freebitco.in counts then that's probably the only one really), but if you do find one you're comfortable with maybe share it here (just in case, you know, I start hating on KYC casinos I use right now).
