I am not completely sure what you write is true, because I think that base reward depends on personal stats, if you use it a lot, without wagering, betting or playing multiply game, it will decrease. You may take a look at "% achieved...." to see how it changes when you roll or bet.Also, the base rewards for free roll on freebitco.in has now decreased by 1 satoshi due to the surge in bitcoin price.

So by wagering, you can increase the base reward, but even if you don't do any wagering you can claim the base reward every hour. We had a little discussion a few pages back: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.msg61675848#msg61675848. As you can see as the price of Bitcoin is higher the base reward is lower, and vice versa.
The question is will it rise enough to affect WoF spin prizes? I have 996 free spins waiting, I am not sure if should I spin them while the prizes are max 50... I planned to wait for the next Lambo draw.
