In my country, many children aged 5 years are familiar with cellphones, and what they play on cellphones is always games. Unlike before when people of the same age spent so much time in nature with their friends. Today's young children really need to be supervised, because they are afraid that they will watch obscene things on their cell phones, and still innocently don't know what is right or wrong. And fear of ending up falling for the wrong thing.
What do you think, young children are already using cell phones? Is it good or not? Will it affect the surrounding environment?
Sometimes these children become a thorn in your flesh that you have to give them your phones to get some rest. It's not nice to expose children to phone but when they play those games and watch some cartoons, one can just get a quick nap after the day's hard work. The truth is that our children needs to be protected from the negative influences and evils of the internet. Hence we parents have the responsibility of monitoring what we watch to ensure they are not exposed to negative influence. But it is very bad for a child to own a phone before the age of 14, except for some important reasons. There should be a house phone and an internet-connected computer that would be generally used by the family. The child needs to be emotionally and psychologically mature for him to own a phone because of negative influence.
Those old days when we were exposed to nature and had a close relationship with our community might never come again. Technology has successfully deprived our children of having a firsthand experience of nature. I prefer bringing my children to nature such as taking them to the zoo instead of cinemas, preparing a local dish together instead of visiting eateries, and spending our holidays in a rural area far away from the artificial settings of the city. The summary of the whole thing is that phones and the internet will continue to be a driving force in the lives of our children, but as parents, we should always guide them.
