But as our rules are stating, if the winner refuses it, it'll be allocated for the next giveaway. So, if it should be refused we have to allocate it to our next givwaway. And that's also leading to our next giveaway: I'm already planning to hold an educational giveaway as I've done some years before.

Indeed you are right GazetaBitcoin! My idea was to channel whatever amount the collectible gathered in the auction to directly support icopress efforts in supporting his country. Sadly that means that I'll have to give you a tiny bit amount of work in sending the card to the winner, but I think that it's for a noble cause.

As we've discussed, I would only do this if we had a consensus within all the participants that took part in this event. If we do not reach consensus then I'll abide by the rules and it would be available in the next giveaway.
