Spoke with Jackbit support again today, as their agents not been active on the thread for a few days and still getting the generic response of
"Your case is being investigated still. Please wait for an email with an update or resolution" the same response ive been getting for 3 weeks.
Very much hoping the representative here can solve my case quickly, having thousands of dollars locked up for no apparent reason is very frustrating.
OP was last active on February 3 yesterday, meaning they are still really active in this thread, except if they haven't been active in this thread for months, of course you will feel worried, so wait za OP responds to your problem, I have never played at this casino but usually any casino that freezes your funds or account because you did what is prohibited, that's usually the reason you get suspended, I think you need to be patient for them to process your problem
