Starting in this forum wasn't easy, it takes a lot of learning, observation and questioning but as times progress you will understand yourself fit in for the systems.
I simply can't comprehend what you are pointing to, you are barely a week in this forum and you are complaining it's not easy. Is it because of merit? Because that is what I see you lacking now. My advice is that you should just post quality and not chase or have a mind for the merit, it will come to you. My first merit was about 2 weeks after starting.
Many of us may I grown more than this but we break system rules and regulations but yet the good moderators keep giving us good counseling and guides. Your journey is never in vain, it may take a while but is counting.
Continue to follow the rules and guidelines of the forum, they will guide you, and stop talking as if you are an alt with initial experience here.
