If you want to grow on the forum, I think it's better you stop posting because you want to grow, you should start posting because you want to learn. If you post because you want to grow, then am sure you won't grow on the forum, but if you post to learn, that's when you will start growing. Also always make sure you learn to read, if you don't have any meaningful thing to post, then you don't have to post, just calm yourself down and keep on reading other people's posts am sure you will definitely learn things that will help you.
