Year has been passed and matic has not reached to 3$ yet. Now question is why matic. Not reached to 20$ so answer is because of some factor like it's total supply is 10 billion which is very high. Fee is very low but transaction speed is not smooth like other competitive Blockchain.
Because of low fee Miners and liquidity providers cannot make high yield. Investors generally look for this high yield thus they choose Ethereum and other competitive of Polygon and polygon not reached 3$ so far.
Future of this coin is looking good and many big Partnerships we have seen in this previously years. Market condition is also not good. Maybe In next bull we see massive increase in price like Aptos and Sol but it's all depends upon attraction of investors
