I know that trading requires knowledge, but any tricks for newbies about when to buy or sell? For example, looking at the volume, looking at the queue for buying and selling and etc.

There are tips and tricks you can use by learning technical analysis (ta) there are countless free courses in youtube. But don't fall for flashy influencers who will swear on their 100% working ta and promise of profits. TA is about statistics and probabilities. It's not a magic trick and there's lot to learn. Try to learn more then one indicators and ways to do it.
