This is a critical question that needs brainstorming. In some cases power can bring money but it is not for all time but whenever you have money (enough), power is always follow up. Money brings power always and power can't bring money always therefore I will go for the money which can be used to bring power whenever I like. That is why in the social sciences there is economic power, physical power and Political power and all these powers economic power control the rest. Like those who have enough money in the state control the state. But these two concepts are interswitched in their uses.
