Local Boards play as role of mentor hub as in native language you can ask them question and learn from their posts on the other hand on discussions you can educate yourself and gain some experience, On marketplace, you can be a client or manager you can be a buyer or seller. There Sub-Child Sections for help as well.

So you still need a mentor? It's everywhere.
