Leao is still cheap but the problem is there are rumors that are being said that if chelsea is willing to buy osimhen at any price. That means chelsea is ready to spend hundreds of millions pounds again for osimhen from napoli which is very crazy if such a thing will be real. Chelsea has signed nkuku from leipzig and so what's a point of buying another striker again? So many playerd didn't even get regular time to play. How can chelsea be thinking adding more players are the best choice to bounce the performance from the club?
I think that todd must be using his sense. He is thinking like playing the football manager game where he can buy any players like that.

There are some things that makes me feel doubt

2. Chelsea has been recruiting rugby's coach and what is this for? I guess todd was thinking bringing rugby's coach to boost the mentality of the players is the best choice. *LMAO

Chelsea are going crazy with these transfer dealings. It is good to see club owners investing in their teams but this is beyond what I regard as fair spending. This kind of spending causes inflation in the transfer market as every other club will want to hype up the value of their players too. Imagine Chelsea wanting to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli with Napoli aware they signed Enzo Fernandez for a whopping 100m plus, the price of Osimhen will be above 150 million then.

The problem is chelsea owner didn't even spend his money wisely. I meant look at the result from the previous signing. The club has not yet made a signing to fix the main problem in chelsea which is in the striker. Datro fofana was already bought by chelsea at cheap price but he was not performing so well in his debut. The bubble in the player's price already started by PSG. This time it seems any club wanna sell their players with 100m as the price to buy the release clause. Napoli has not yet given the price tag to osimhen but some clubs like chelsea and MU have been declaring prepared so much money for him. Will another transfer record gonna happen with osimhen next season? Let's see

Also the players will now become more and more expensive for Chelsea because right now, why would someone want to go to Chelsea and leave another great club for them? The only reason is money. Chelsea isn't playing for the title and Chelsea right now is also not one of the best four clubs in the Premier League. The best argument that Chelsea has now going for them is the money and everyone knows it. I think that will give quite some acceleration to the cost spiral that they are into at the moment. It will be even worse when they can't qualify for the big tournaments for next season. All the good players will evaluate their options and most of them want to play in the big competitions.
