That is very unlikely. Bitcoin halving causes shortage in supply of bitcoin because of the reward by block. And we know in basic economics that shortage in supply will mean increase in demand and that will result to scarcity. With scarcity, price goes crazy. All the past bitcoin halving produced bull run and I do not see that in 2024 been different.
