we can agree that bitcoin will reduce poverty and do other things according to you. However I will not agree with you that bitcoin will reduce the rate of crime, instead I will tell you that bitcoin is a vehicle through which so many digital crimes are committed.
Apart from the above, bitcoin does not give anybody employment. The educated need some skills they can offer in order to earn through bitcoin.
The uneducated may not have any skill to be employable in bitcoin but rather have to invest their already made money.
Bitcoin is not a silver bullet that can solve everything by itself. It can bring some good effects for many people but can not help all people on Earth.
People who can manage their finance well, can manage their investment in Bitcoin well will get rich and end their poverty. However, there are other people who use Bitcoin for margin trading, future trading or gambling can become poorer or even bankrupted personally. It is their responsibilities to manage their lives and control their actions, not responsibility of Bitcoin, not responsibility of any organization or government.
Communities only can contribute their educational activities to enlighten poor people and give them chances to change their lives.
