they are talking about a token that Stake may create like any other casino which means this token can be used for all Stake customers and also has a value that can be traded or used for staking. examples of Owl, and BFG (sorry I didn't mean to compare, just providing an explanation)

so what we talked about in my previous quote is about tokens that are created by Stake and can be used freely by anyone and from any country.
