Its been years since my last withdrawal from Bitsler, but they have instant withdrawal as per my experience.
What is the current status of your withdrawal, is it pending or declined?
If it is pending, means that they are in the process of verification of your withdrawal and maybe your bets as well.
If it is declined, I suggest you to contact support to know what is the reason why it is declined.
It is probably KYC requirement that holds current withdrawal request.
After my last withdrawal they have removed my Nitro while I only used 2 out of 7 days Nitro boost. Support didn't even care what I asked and only explanation was I have to increase wager to bring it back, no positive answer for lossback request on level up too. IMO, they can't get new users and doing manual reviews on accounts to find excuses for covering business expenses.
