Scam or non-scam, it is case-by-case investigation and conclusion. We can not say this one is non-scam and another one later is automatically non-scam too. I read the accusation against Jackbit and also saw their representative replied in that thread. Take their time and wait for their reply including conclusion about that case after all.
I see it is not good to let a case unresolved after a few months but let's consider it as a missing case now. If they can resolve it with solid evidence, they are not scam.
