Breaking news for all Bitcoin enthusiasts! It appears that more and more individuals are taking charge of their crypto assets as they move them to self-custody storages.
I see it as a good news for the price, but not much more. I think that it's not the "more and more individuals" that are withdrawing into self custody, I think that it's large (institutional) entities (financial/investment institutions, maybe banks too) who may be slowly buying and hoarding the coins.
OK, individuals are doing that too, the sales of hardware wallets are a good indicator for that, but they are not the ones responsible for the large amounts.
