Institutions of Banking systems has split in different uniforms from the banking hall to ATM, to POS. Over a months now a lot has being going on in Nigeria most profound situations of cashless policy and politics.

The country has severely suffers few weeks leaving citizens to deep hunger and starvation because we can not access our own money.
Now the third party agency (POS) has taken upon themselves to make money out of this critical situations of the country by access, above tithe limits, beyond 20%  of every withdrawals.

In a news update it has gotten to Financial Regulatory Boards over this situations and they've issued a warrant to report anyone who is POS agent charging above N100 for N5000 to be arrested.
