He is not so active but can help you out with this issue. It is unfortunate that live support cant help and that you dont reveice any response yet by mail.
agreed , there are several cases I come across about this issues and yes it seemingly that the support are not answering them completely with good reason and yes they are not also responding to this thread and other delivered cases.
maybe this time it is not that easy to give them 100% trust in depositing and playing until they resolved those issues.
I hate sites that has no good live support because in this our frustrations come smore when we are not having our answers specially money matter.
Of course it is very worrying when casinos are not really active in this forum when problems occur and cases cannot be solved properly, I think it will make casinos get a bad reputation if they don't serve their users well especially in this forum there are also several cases about their service, i think withdraw for a while not to play in this casino
