https://ibb.co/9cQYbmJI believe you are not the only one with this issue, I read several complaints in regards to this same issue, and I thought that the team behind this casino should have resolved this by now, it's really unprofessional that the issue still lingers and worst of all is the fact that their customer care seems to be doing about it, not even responding to tickets.
Anyways, just hope the the OP comes around with a solution to this issue, or like the previous comment said, you can pm him, and hope he comes online soon.
there are a few same complaints in threads here and they haven't got any reply either. and on the other hand the representative from BC.game has also not been active since a few months ago.
I became a little curious why BC.game did not respond to the complaints of some of these customers. even though customers have also sent complaints via email and service support too.
is it possible that the BCgame team is working on something more important on this site so it is slow to respond to customer complaints.
but for some BC.game customers who have problems that haven't been responded to, I hope you guys try to be patient first. because usually problems in crypto casinos take a long time to solve problems and wait for a response from the support team.
the most important thing is to try every time to send complaint messages via e-mail continuously to hit your complaint so that it is quickly resolved.
