There have been reports of delayed payments, missing funds, and other issues with both platforms. Additionally, customer support can be unresponsive and unhelpful in cases like this. OP, they don't want to pay you - that;s their business model - and will most likely not pay you and get away with it, unless something drastic happens to change their mind.
