Life is unfair and there's nothing we can do about it. When there's something wrong with you, you're going to have a hard life and this can be said about any possible disability that is clearly visible.
What if you knew a disabled woman? Would you help her satisfy their desires? She should be the one to look for a partner, nobody is going to change that for her and a man who takes care of her because he feels for her is not going to be a good partner. Pure compassion is not a good base to build a relationship on.
