It seems they closed your friend's account as well. Can you please clear up one thing? Is it your friend's account, or maybe you have created multiple accounts? If not, did you guys ever log in to this website from the same device or IP address? Or, Did you send funds or withdraw funds from/to the same wallet address? They may ask you for a KYC if this is not the case. I am not sure if this casino asks for a KYC. But they should explain more about why they closed your account. Or you may file a case since they are Curacao licenced casino.
