We are not officials working for government agency so we won't sanction and judge anyone 
...Just the internet is not forgetting and Sinbad guys may be afraid that somebody from the government agencies may read their answer on Bitcointalk sooner or later.
(Of course, I may be wrong and they're just busy or somewhere else.)
