I can assure you all of the feedback is real. I may have capitalized and punctuated where necessary, and added ellipses (...) to remove unnecessary words as is often done when things are quoted. The removed words would be when they referred to me personally, their particular setup, references to religion (God), or any other words that were unrelated to the feedback... and these are represented with ellipses. For example, they may have said "It's great" at the beginning of the paragraph, then talk about their farm, then add "I love it" at the end of the paragraph. This would be represented as "It's great... I love it." You'll see this done in media reports when quotes are shown... this is not something I created. Other than that they are word-for-word quoted directly from the email or comment. The names are real too, which is why we only show the first name.

On our Litecointalk post, we even had a comment from a user whose feedback was included in the post: https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=18516.msg157210#msg157210

If we didn't have such positive feedback, we probably just wouldn't have added feedback to this post. And if I were to just make up feedback, I'd definitely go with something extreme like "This software cured my cancer and made my girlfriend change her mind about leaving me!"
