I have been in touch with Betcoin directly, and gotten this solved. My e-mails had apparently gone to their spam-folder hence why they didn't answer. Thanks to Betcoin.ag for taking this seriously and contacting me quickly here in DM on the forum, and allowing me to withdraw the balance.

I would also be nice to know what was concluded. Was your account still considered part of the syndicate, thus permanent ban from using their services, or you were found innocent?
