See I know you have submitted posts for evaluation here but if you don't get merits for them we can't say him to go through our post history to check for posts that deserve merits as it's more time consuming task so submit the best post here.Moreover add the Round you are applying for post evaluation for clarity and following the rules mentioned in @OP.Thanks for your time.
Noticed several users not following this rule or is it possible this rule was disbanded @fillippone 
I don't think there is any change in the rules as if there was any he might have mentioned it but considering his current schedule he is busy in some other works so changing rules to submit each week is not gonna happen according to me.The user is submitting fast which is not right so you all must abide the rules of this thread otherwise you won't get merits from him.
