BC.game doesn't have the mandatory KYC rules. They reserve the right to ask their users to verify their identity. But they haven't made it mandatory for each user. They only apply the KYC rules when they find it necessary.
In this case what TrustPilot is doing here is pure injustice.
BCgame should send a notification to all its users asking them to leave a review in TrustPilot, that would even out the bots.
A small number of gamblers share their positive feedback on a review making website. Most of the people give ratings after facing some issues. Some casino team occasionally asks their user to leave a feedback on Trustpilot or Askgamblers. But I haven't seen BC.game to do it yet.
