I deposited 4 ETH to the wrong wallet back in 2017 and Yobit never responded to my support tickets. Well fast forward to 2023. I submitted another ticket and got a response within literally like 30 minutes from the admin refusing to credit me the funds. They are thieves. Evil evil evil. Almost $7.000 locked up.
 
Here's the bastards response below. They call it a security issue. I'm so furious. These people are creeps and so evil, so wicked. I wanted to share this for anyone still holding out hope.
