It's a very valuable contribution and I would like to add it to my OP but each table column would even get smaller, so I've added a sentence below: PrivacyG has made a list of all Block Explorers above working without Java Script. You can find PrivacyG's contribution here to find out more about it.

Good question. I don't really have an answer for your question but as we all know nothing is perfect, I believe there are always few improvements to implement.
Maybe Blockchair could also be rated 9/10 but for whatever reason, it's currently 8/10.

I think that's a very good idea, PrivacyG! Good job! This column offers more visibility for all those willing to try these websites while having JavaScript disabled. I think it would be a nice addition to the existing table. Besides, maybe this addition could also influence (in good) the marks of the sites working with JavaScript disabled...?
