They created the First Registration account 2 days after being banned as Nitu007. So needless to say this was not their "first registration" but rather their 4th or 5th, or maybe even more.
Honesty does indeed go a long way, but this user does not possess that trait.
I realize the mods won't ban this account as their first post has been erased.
I'll give the crowd a chance to decide: should I give them another chance (thumbs up) or give them a red tag (thumbs down).
Yes, since @Nitu007's post has been deleted, Mods will not accept a copy of Ninjastic as proof to ban the account.
but giving the account a chance is not a good choice. I saw the history of the wallet transactions. and there are at least 2 accounts that do have suspicious transaction patterns by sending BNB to several addresses first before finally being connected to other accounts.
I know that can't be hard evidence. so I'll save it first.
but for the @First Registration account it turns out that he cheated in the bounty campaign. there's no reason not to tag it. although I'm sure that won't stop him from creating a new account on the forum and continuing his activities.
