You have always been active in this thread helping newbies to make their next rank if their put in some level of efforts on their own, and also you have helped to change the rules which mandate members to have accumulated a certain amount of merits before being qualified to apply here.

And also for each potential applicant to have a waiting period of 1/week between applications reposting, compared to the former way where members can post at will which makes the thread cloggy.
