You're right. The RP exchange rate and wagering size for getting 1 RP in the hi/lo game didn't change even when BTC was $68k. However, I guess if BTC rose to $250k-$500k one day, the freebitcoin team would probably make some adjustments. Even if the freebitcoin team doesn't plan to change the RP exchange rate, they will at least continue to reduce the size of all prizes in the wheel of fortune, including the RP prize. The prize would probably be only 1-2 RP in that case.
We were getting around 34 satoshi, 34 RP or 34 lottery tickets as the lowest reward amount from the WOF spins when Bitcoin price was above $60k. Freebitco team will adjust the rewards of WOF spins again when the price will reach above $40k. We might see some changes in the RP calculation system and faucet amount if Bitcoin price reache above $200k. 1 satoshi will be equivalent to $0.002 at the moment, which is the base reward amount of the faucet. Anyway, we are far away from that price range
