I have to say, this other "QuébecCoin" creator is pretty pathetic. He's accusing me of not being a Québecer (a huge lie) as an excuse to why he rushed out his coin. Plus he's excluding a huge part of the Québec population with separatist ideals and he's also giving money to the government... His mining distribution also makes sure that his coin will be worthless. He generates 10x as many coins as QBC per day with around 2 times more coins total.
