Correct, just the coins, as it was Frank's very first release - also some shipping/packing issues that accidentally peeled some in transit as I recall too.... @Hookzup1 ?

The Brilliant/Shiny finish Series 1 coins didn't have COA's; however, the Matte finish Series 1 coins did.
