Chelsea doesnt really need a new manager now. Because the idea of dismissing Potter now would raise serious questions over those backroom appointments just months into their restructuring. If you could observe, youd notice that Potter has been trying players in different positions in order to get a good team to fire up but its yet to work. And I feel there is a sense that Potter should be allowed time to enforce his own principles on their expensively assembled squad, in the same way Arteta was backed, before he should be judged.
What do you think if Potter already try so many times to find the best player in each position, but in the end Chelsea is still lose? of course the main problem is Potter itself. I don't think Chelsea have similar case like Manchester United where the curse is from the player e.g. Ronaldo, after Ronaldo leave, Manchester United is win streak until now. In Chelsea there's no one have a power, so there's no be a personal problem there.
