I don't know, maybe there was. This section appeared a long time ago, much earlier than we registered on this forum. This is one of the early sections of the locale, going back to 2011 or so. In those days, various bitcoin multipliers, crypto pyramids and other investment games were relevant, which is why this section was popular. Then all this relevance disappeared and is now completely dead.
Were other boards spammed with this so it was the way to contain them or something along those lines?
This is the only section in the Russian locale in which a stream of shit flows. Even in the politics section, the posts are more relevant and valuable than in the HYIPs section.
