Let me guess; you tried reporting those posts in the past and reports were marked as bad, right? If Ann thread bumping spam is deleted I see no reason why this shouldn't be either, but this is just one of those things on bitcointalk that doesn't make much sense.
At one time, I fully reported this section, which used to contain much more spam, including referral, but I never touched these posts. I consulted with the moderators earlier and they told me that it makes no sense to report such posts, since from the point of view of the rules they do not violate anything.
The bottom line is that this section does not contain anything criminal or violating the rules, its existence in itself does not carry any meaning and benefit, and this is the meaning of my appeal
