You cant lose your wallet address. Its always available on the receive button on your preferred bitcoin wallet. However newbies can be careless with their seed phrase which is their access to their bitcoin wallet. I dont believe seed phrase recovery is possible, its best to store your seed phrase offline in different places.

Are you referring to bitcointalk accounts or accounts on exchanges? To clarify, we do not have bitcoin accounts only bitcoin wallets, Im worried you may have recommended exchanges for storing bitcoin.
