This is exchange support issue.  Do two step, first, make sure the coin is successfully withdrawn from exchange,  you can use explorer to verify that.

You should get answer quickly, is the coins withdrawn successfully?

Yes or no,  depending on the answer.

If the answer is yes,  then exchange has done its job, the coins are withdrawn, why can't you receive that coins?  this is different question.

If the answer is no,  then ask exchange support, they have the discord channel for those type questions and also the web support site. But first you need get answer first using explorer.
