The exchange withdrew coins from my account, but there is no transaction hash, there are no coins in the wallet either.
Nothing is written in the withdrawal status either.
You had new screen shot, showing 4 withdraws. My guess out of 4 withdraws, you had 2 successful withdraw about 20 millions done confirmed. You had top one and bottom one failed.
So you did had 2 successful withdraw in the screen shot, about 20 million CHTA total. There was also hash printed in the 2nd screen shot. Your wallet should have received that two successful withdraw (red) in your 2nd screen shot.
