Maybe it's not nice when we have to lose Aurelien Tchouameni, Toni Kroos and Ferland Mendy in this important match, it's a bit annoying. But actually Real Madrid do not lack much to win this first leg against Liverpool, this is a good hope following two important wins in La Liga.
Real Madrid made another surprise at Anfield as well as breaking the predictions of the bookie who said Liverpool's chances were bigger, if we look at that match the mentality of the Liverpool players was very bad even though they were playing in front of fans, quick goals from Nunez and Salah didn't make their game much better, so Real Madrid punished them with five goals. Liverpool's mentality is more suitable for playing in the European League, because throughout the match, Liverpool's players didn't play well at all after Real Madrid equalized, so their defense looked so bad. Match statistics weren't a reference at all in this match.
At the start of the match, Liverpool left no doubt that they could beat Real this time. Especially after a silly mistake by Courtois and a goal by Sallah when the score was 2-0. I thought Real had no chance of winning. But no one probably expected them to score five return goals and win this encounter, leaving Liverpool no chance this season.
