Barcelona must be very careful as Real Madrid won't waste any opportunity to win La Liga. They have enough ability to turn 8 points difference to 0 and can take La Liga trophy from Barcelona at the end. Not many clubs in La Liga can get points from Real Madrid especially when they return to their good form. Look at how they won against Liverpool, it is like the past season sentiment is still in the air. They are not broken easily and can turn the match over very quickly.
Barcelona does not need at all to be that careful as not that many games remain and 8 points for Real Madrid to over come they need to win 3 consecutive games and Barcelona to lose 3 consecutive ones.This is highly unlikely as I was searching for the last time they had lost in La Liga and it was against Real Madrid in the distant date of 16 October,from there on Barcelona has 0 lost games in the La Liga and that time is over 4 months now which is impressive to say the least.Based on that I think that Barcelona whatever does in Europa League,in La Liga they most likely will be the winners without problems.
