I think it's part of the process, we can't just look at the game shown by one player, we have to see them as a whole. Have we seen Chelsea play well now? I can't say that yet, to be honest. Joao Felix can show good performance if his team plays well, in the sense that he can't play alone. Graham Potter has yet to find a strategy that is truly implemented optimally by the players who are on the field, it also affects the performance of the players. He also recently joined Chelsea, so I still have high hopes for him.

Manchester United is a good example for that. They have become more and more united in the literal sense over time. Chelsea isn't a real team yet. They are quite strong individually, but they don't have a system that they can stick to for 90 minutes and outplay the opponent. They just need too many chances as well. Werner is gone but he could have scored twice every game and hardly scored any goals at all. Havertz is the same problem and we will see how Joao Felix will do.

What leaves me seriously puzzled is how Chelsea will stick to the financial fair play rules. Everyone with a sense of fairness knows that this can only be with accounting tricks, but then it still has nothing to do with financial fair play in my opinion.
In terms of cohesiveness now maybe that can be emulated and indeed this is what happens when the players and coaches are well synchronized not only depending on one party.
Even though some Manchester United players have still not shown anything above average, let's say Weghorst, who until now has not shown his quality but that has been covered and of course this is not a problem because Manchester United's performance is still good.

In contrast to Chelsea's condition, which is sure to be scrutinized both as a team and individually because of their performances this season.

That's right, a strong and well synchronized team can also empower players that are usually average or only a bit above average, but if several players fail individually it is game over. Chelsea doesn't even have one full part that is playing reliably. The defense makes mistakes, the offense doesn't score, they don't help each other during a game to relax for a minute or two. There is pressure all the time due to simple mistakes or unused opportunities.
