I wouldn't trust any of trustpilot feedback, it's obviously paid and fake, like that five star from Cameron Chapman saying how Coinpaycard is a very trustable token 
There are few negative reviews, but more problematic is the fact that they are not responding anywhere, and they clearly saw posts and messages from yesterday in forum.
I warned about them in past, and if they don't fix this problem soon you can create scam accusation against them and provide all evidence you can (images, communication, etc).
