There’s a section on this forum for exchanging currency, but I would urge you to be careful and never accept payment in a decisively currency method or else you will quickly be parted from your precious BTC. Exchanges exist for a reason and I would recommend going that route. If you are unable to use an exchange for whatever reason, make sure you are dealing with a trusted trader and take every precaution.
