Yea, I actually said that I tried to purchase with card multiple times today and it didn't go so obv its gotta be problem with their API that they cant or dont wanna fix

Have you tried making a transaction with your card? From what I have read in previous posts maybe there is a possibility the balance was added on the actual card but the website and customer account does not show it. It seems the issue was never fixed as in the case mentioned by NotATether therefore the only way to be sure is for you to make a purchase using the card to see if it goes through or if it gets declined.

As mentioned by @NotATether this problem was common and happened to me a lot, the only way to fix this was to contact them via chat. Also tried the card multiple times today, still declining, so it's not a visual bug
