Personally speaking, I think btc could get range bound for a while and then again start to move up. We do have a death cross in the weekly timeframe which is the only concern to me and the traders (hence the back to back rejections from 25k since last few days/weeks). If you want to trade this safe, I'd say buy everything the moment it sustains above 25k in one 4hourly candle. It will be a free ride to 30k despite any bad news after that, believe the TA
